We have high standards for our tutors, coaches and facilitators. While experience is an advantage, we view a willingness to learn and continually develop as the crucial ingredient for our team members.

Our senior programs (i.e. Grades 10-12) follows a teaching workshop program where learners are offered instruction in the subject content and then afforded opportunities to practice and master the content in our learning environment. Our programs make extensive use of blended-learning with a focus on teaching learners the skills of learning, supported by subject-competent educators.

YaleSA environments use a combination of teaching, practice, interactive learning, collaborative learning, mastery learning and a proven teaching to engagement ratio.
